Ndelitungapo Omotuli ‘Katchina’ Shiluwa
Managing member and Consultant with 11 years of experience in the consulting field, prior to becoming a co-owner of Totus consulting, Katchina worked for the NovaNam Group of Companies as the Group’s Head of Training and Policies and with Gendor as Head of Department for Human Resources. During this period, she gained up to 5 years’ experience at middle management level.
She currently manages the coastal operations with expert knowledge in the following HR policy formulations, organisational development, talent management, recruitment and selection, training and development, facilitating and implementing strategic plans, industrial relations as well as personnel administration including payroll services.
She is currently enrolled in the African Directors program with the University of Stellenbosch. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree (B-TECH) HR Management and National Diploma in HR management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
Katchina further serves as a director / manager in other business namely Vision Africa and Mergence Investment Managers (Namibia) Propriety Limited.
Her working experience has been vast and insightful.
