Company Profile: Totus Consulting Group is a close corporation and the successor to Weder Daiber Serrer Consulting Group and Michael Weder Consultants that was established during 1991. The consultancy consults to employers in all sectors of the Namibian economy in all areas of the human resources & labour field and payroll software & administration.

Totus Consulting Group operates two offices, namely in Walvis Bay and in Windhoek and employs or contracts 8 labour consultants and associational service providers. This, we believe, is our competitive edge as our existing as well as potential customers are seeking prompt service, be it telephonically or on site. Many of our clients are retaining our services on a permanent basis.

The Totus Consulting Group prides itself with being the only licensed consultancy in Namibia to use the products and services of BIOSS Southern Africa. BIOSS are the owners of highly acclaimed work technologies, which have proven to be most effective in organisational design projects as well as assessing people potential and capabilities.
